Lady Windermere's Fan

Misunderstandings and deceptions in high society London
-
Production Company:
If you can resist everything except temptation allow yourself to be tempted on a dull October evening to come to the Playhouse where you can enjoy Oscar Wilde's elegant and witty play. Less well known than The Importance of Being Earnest it shares the same Wildean humour and sparkling epigrams of its author's more famous work.
Set in London High Society in the "Naughty" 1890s, Wilde in his own inimitable style highlights the social code and moral strictures of the world he inhabited. A comedy but one with serious undertones.
