WHAT TO EXPECT

Firstly, Danny’s script is a traditional style panto. Foremost from day one on this project was that we are aiming to entertain children first and adults second. Keep this in mind. That does not mean we have done away with all of the adult jokes, but they are by no means the backbone of the show.

As the script is just entering its final draft, I cannot share full details of the songs and plot. In due course this notice will be updated with a list of the songs we are plagiarising and an idea of what we are expecting from you at the auditions. The most important thing is that you prepare to come to the audition with a list of dates you cannot make.

The second most important thing for you to know is that we will most definitely have:

  1. Singing
  2. Dancing
  3. Gunge
  4. Fun

If you are not up for all four of the above, then maybe this is not the show for you. I hope that you are, and that it is.

The cast list above is a guide and there is a little bit of flexibility depending on who turns up – so do not rule yourself out because the shoe doesn’t look like it would fit – no hang on, that’s Cinderella.  Please come to the audition – it could make all the difference.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
