Buy Tickets

Anyone may buy tickets to see our productions:

  • Online (NO booking fee): Just click the Buy Tickets Online button on the shows advertised on this page.
  • By Post: Send in your completed Booking Form to Teddington Theatre Club, Hampton Hill Theatre, 90 High Street, Hampton Hill, Hampton TW12 1NZ.
  • By telephone on 020 8410 4546 (press option 1) (open Monday to Saturday 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm). You can leave a message anytime on our answerphone if our volunteers are not available.
  • If available, Teddington Theatre Club members can also buy tickets at the box office on the door (please arrive at least 30 minutes before the production starts to allow time for the booking to be made, and ensure you have your membership number to hand).

How much are tickets?
Our usual ticket price for a main auditorium show is £16 (non-members) and £12 (members) and for a studio show £14 (non-members) and £10 (members). There are some variations to this, for example, our Christmas shows have a family ticket and our musical productions sometimes have a higher price, due to extra costs of staging these shows.

Can I get a discount for a group booking?
Yes. For every nine tickets you buy for the same performance, the 10th is free!   This offer can only be redeemed for TTC show bookings made over the phone on 020 8410 4546 (press Option 1).

How many tickets can I buy?
As many as you like. If you are a member, you can purchase tickets for your guests at the membership price but you need to be with them on the night. Otherwise they should pay the full ticket price (this a condition of the terms of our lease from London Borough of RIchmond Upon Thames.)

How soon can I buy tickets for a production?
If the show is listed on this page, tickets are available to buy now. If you have picked up a season leaflet, which features our forthcoming shows, the box office open date is printed with each production (this is also listed on the production pages on this website).

Can I choose where I want to sit?
Yes, you can for productions in the Main Auditorium, and this is really easy if you book online. Our box office volunteers are not always available to take your calls, and other members may book your preferred seat(s) before they are able to return your call and speak to you personally.  But they will always do their best to give you the seats you’d like.  Seats in the Coward Studio are not numbered, so you can choose where to sit when you arrive for the performance.

Is the theatre fully accessible?
Yes, the theatre is fully equipped to cater for all visitors. There is a lift and wheelchairs may be accommodated in both the Auditorium and the Coward Studio. An infra-red hearing assistance system is available in the Auditorium, but not the Coward Studio.  Personal systems with a T-switch will require an additional unit available in the foyer.  'In ear' headsets are also available. Our front-of-house staff will be pleased to give every assistance.  When booking tickets, please state if you have any special requirements.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?
We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless the performance is cancelled or rescheduled.

I'm a new member.  Can I buy tickets straight away?
Data from the TTC membership database is uploaded on to the Positickets booking system once a month.  It may therefore take a while before your membership number becomes effective online.  In the meantime, you can still buy tickets at the membership rate either via the box office telephone line (020 8410 4546 between 5.00 pm and 8.00 pm Monday to Saturday) or by showing your membership card at the box office on the night (please arrive at the theatre 30 minutes before the production starts to allow time for the booking to be made).
